The Sports Bar at Sunnyhill Hotel is one of Launceston's best. With a huge screen, an extensive selection of tap and bottled beers, mixed drinks, wine, coffee and snacks all day, it's the perfect place to watch big sport events from Australia and overseas. Grab a group of friends and make a day of it.

The Sports Bar has a Tote facility, a bank of TV screens for horse and greyhound racing and a full set of racing boards with all the information you need to assist in placing bets.

There is a dedicated darts area and we have the latest computerised pool tables. Check out our Half Price Pool on Sunday afternoons.

Sunnyhill Hotel boasts the flashiest juke box around with an enormous range of songs including recent hits and all the classics. Most songs come with a video which also play on our huge screen- if it is not playing a footy match or other big event.

The arcade games test your shooting and other skills. Additionally you can win TV's and DVD players if you are a Stacker expert.

There is no shortage of things to do in the Sports Bar. You don't have to do anything of course, if all you want is to enjoy the company of your mates or make some new ones.

Patrons should also note that we encourage the responsible consumption of alcohol and we immediately evict people from the venue for threatening or abusive behaviour, bad language or damage to property. We have security in our sports bar on both Friday and Saturday evenings.

We have also installed an outdoor, covered area for smoking close to the Sports Bar.
